2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

• Account information: name, email address, company name.
• Billing information: processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
• Project data: briefs, files, brand assets, feedback, and specifications you submit through your portal.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type. Collected via Fathom Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data stored.
• Technical data: IP addresses and device information collected for security and fraud prevention purposes only.

3. Client data for agency use

When you use Creew to serve your own clients, you authorize us to collect and process data from your clients as necessary to execute the requested work. This may include client business information, project briefs, brand assets, and other materials. By submitting work on behalf of your clients, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from them to share their data with us.

Accounts inactive for 12 months following subscription cancellation may be automatically deleted, including all associated project files. You are responsible for downloading any materials you wish to keep before your service ends.
