This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Creew, operated by Tarkle Creew, Inc., provides refunds or credits to customers. By subscribing to Creew, you agree to this policy.
New Creew customers receive a trial period as advertised on our website. The duration of the trial may be updated at any time. During your trial, you can explore the full Service and get real design work completed — risk-free. A valid payment method is required to activate your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. You will not be charged during the trial period itself.
Once your trial ends and your subscription converts to a paid plan, all charges are non-refundable. Your payment is final and cannot be reversed, regardless of the reason. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period to evaluate Creew before subscribing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the Service until then and will not be charged for future cycles. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If you were charged incorrectly — such as a duplicate charge, a charge after confirmed cancellation, or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us with documentation. We will investigate and resolve confirmed errors within 30 days, either by crediting your account or issuing a refund to your original payment method.
If your payment method is declined, we will retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. We are not responsible for failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or erroneous, please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
Creew reserves the right to update subscription pricing. If we raise the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your subscription continues at the current price until the end of your billing period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
If Creew discontinues the Service permanently, we will provide reasonable notice and refund any prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of your plan.
